The journey to the electronic dance universe begins at 9:00 p.m. exactly.

Tickets and admission to the O2 universum,

Admission to the Electric Universe event is only with a valid Ticketportal or Ticketmaster ticket.
Tickets will be also sold on site at the box office during the event.
The main entrances to the O2 universum are from Českomoravská Street.
For VIP entrances (Premium & First Class) use marked entrances 1 and 2.

Changing rooms and carry-in items

The outdoor deposit is used to store items that cannot be brought into the O2 universum.
A cloakroom will be available for visitors in the foyer of the O2 universum. VIP guests can use the cloakroom free of chargé.

Food and bevereages

Food and beverage stands can be found throughout the O2 universum, including the main floor or VIP Lounge.
Payment will be possible by contactless or cash.

Security measures

A routine check of tickets and personal belongings will take place on entry.
It is forbidden to bring alcohol, prohibited substances, food into the O2 universum, weapons, professional recording devices.
Smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes, including heated tobacco devices, is prohibited inside the venue.
The area in front of the O2 universum is reserved for smokers and users of electronic devices. Please follow the signage in the foyer.
